Hong Kong, June 13, 2024 – AP Power Limited (AP Power) has successfully organised its “Latest Smart Green Mobile Power Grid” seminar today at Kowloon Bay Zero Carbon Park. It attracted participants from different industries to understand how green mobile power grid could indeed help HKSAR to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
For three consecutive years, AP Power has organised seminars on mobile electricity supply. This year we are honored to have Ir. Albert Cheng, the Executive Director of Construction Industry Council (CIC), to analyse the importance of environmental protection from a macro point of view, and the current work that carried out by CIC in promoting carbon neutrality. We have also invited Mr. Benny Liu, Senior Environmental Protection Officer of the Environmental Protection Department, to share their work on the local circular economy and operations of the EcoPark in Tuen Mun. Mr. Kenji Wong, Operations Director of Champway Technology Limited, Mr. TY Leung, Director of AP Rentals (China) Limited, Mr. So Cheuk Yip, Business Manager of KEIYIP Engineering Company Limited, and Mr. Alan Lee, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager of AP Rentals Limited, have likewise delivered speech on biodiesel, biodiesel generator (AJAX PONG EKO-GREENER series), connection equipment for smart green mobile power grid, and successful cases of biodiesel generators and smart system in mobile electricity (SSME) respectively.
Furthermore, the seminar included a product showcase session, where participants could visit the B100 Biodiesel generator at Zero Carbon Park, and get a first-hand understanding of this environmentally friendly electricity supply system, as well as process of how waste cooking oil (WCO) transform into B100 biodiesel.
