Overview

A Macau residential development, Nova Taipa Gardens Phase 5, have utilised the SSME for the inspection of fire service installation for about three months before occupation. A total of 18 gensets were rented, 15 DCA400ESEI gensets units allocated into four groups (four units for Tower 1 to 4, four units for Tower 5 to 8, five units for the Podium and two units for retail) and synchronised to provide electrical power for the inspection of the fire service installation, including emergency lighting, exit signs, firemen's lifts, fire service pumps, fire alarms, etc.

The SSME has deployed in Victoria Park as a reliable power supply and fuel saving solution for the booth exhibitors from 52nd to 54th HK Brands and Products Expo. Five units of gensets were synchronised to provide electrical power for the heaters, lighting, A/V, and more. Gensets can automatically adjust power generation according to load changes so that fuel consumption can be significantly saved. At the same time the output of electricity will not be affected due to the redundancy.

The 2019 Hong Kong E-Prix has thrilled fans with true street racing in the heart of the city centre over the last three seasons with the majority of the on-track action taking place on existing roads against the spectacular Hong Kong Skyline. 5 units of 350kVA SSME gensets were deployed for the charging of the racing car and on site air-conditioning.
